Gary Dean Wiblishouser, age 83, of Omaha, Nebraska, peacefully passed away on Sunday, January 25, 2026, at his winter residence in Anthem, Arizona.

He was born on April 14, 1942, to Raymond Leo Wiblishouser and Beryle Neoma (Parsons) Wiblishouser in Boone, Iowa. Gary was raised and educated in Blair, Nebraska, and graduated from Blair High School with the Class of 1960. He owned and operated Midwest Products of Omaha, Nebraska.

A lifelong car enthusiast, Gary found joy in restoring, showing, and sharing his love of classic cars with everyone he met. His meticulous restorations and award-winning vehicles reflected his patience, skill and love for craftsmanship. He lived life with drive and enthusiasm, always anchored by his love for his family.

Gary leaves his beloved Laurel McLane of Omaha, NE; his son, Adam Wiblishouser and his wife, Jana, of Omaha, Nebraska; his daughter, Holly Copley and her husband, Bob, of Omaha; his sister, Regina "Reggie" Doxey and her husband, Jerry, of Omaha; Laurel's two daughters, Michelle Wood-Knight of Plattsmouth, Nebraska, and Kristin McLane-Bolden and her husband, Michael, of Bennington, Nebraska; thirteen grandchildren: Whitney, Thomas, Joseph, Samantha, Kason, Gaige, Thatcher, Simon, Melissa, Canyon, Alaina, Payton, Camden; six great-grandchildren: Mia, Braxton, Aliyah, Audrina, Annie and Lucas; and numerous nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Raymond and Beryle Wiblishouser; his brother, Richard "Dick" Wiblishouser; and his grandson, Adam Jay "A.J." Wiblishouser and Laurel's granddaughter, Alexandria Wood.

A Funeral Service will be held at 11:00 a.m., on Thursday, February 5, 2026, at St. John's Lutheran Church Ponca Hills in Omaha with Rev. Ronald E. Holling officiating.

His Final Resting Place will be at Forest Lawn Cemetery in Omaha.

The Pallbearers will be Adam Wiblishouser, Kason Wiblishouser, Thomas Copley, Joseph Copley, Mitchell Mundorf and Matthew Bjorn. The Honorary Pallbearers will be Jerry Doxey and John Warsing Jr.
