Susan Marsh, age 77, passed away May 18, 2026. Memorial services will be held at 10:00AM Thursday, May 28, 2026, at Campbell Aman Funeral Home in Blair.

Susan Elaine Marsh was born February 21, 1949, in Omaha, Nebraska the daughter of Robert W. and Margaret Elaine Blumenschein of Omaha, NE. Susan attended and graduated from North High School in Omaha. Upon graduation, she went on to earn a bachelors in Family Environment from Iowa State University in 1971.

Susan was united in marriage to Michael G. Marsh, and to this union two children were born. Susan had an eye for detail from a young age, working at a local florist. Following graduation from Iowa State, Susan enjoyed working with children. She then served with several Omaha metro colleges as a building manager handling staffing and scheduling. Susan loved to garden, play cribbage and enjoyed China painting. She also had a deep appreciation for old barns and nature, specifically trees and birds. Susan enjoyed times with her family and friends as well as visiting Idaho, where her mother grew up, and the occasional road trip to take in the scenery.

Susan leaves her husband; both children: Rebekah Marsh of Blair and Philip J. Marsh; sister: Barbara J. Stam; brother Gary Blumenschein; numerous extended family members and friends. She was greeted in heaven by her parents, beloved Li Cheng, as well as other family members and friends who preceded her.
