Funeral services were held Tuesday, January 11, 1977, in San Rafael, California, for Mrs. Claude Earwood. Mrs. Earwood was the former Joyce Bucklin of Blair.

Joyce Bucklin Earwood was born November 20, 1921, in Blair, Nebraska, the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Leslie Bucklin. She left the Blair area in her early twenties and has resided in California for the last thirty some years. She was 55 years old at the time of her death.

Mrs. Earwood is survived by her husband Claude, and two daughters, Mrs. Leo Ragonut of Merced, California, and Mrs. Philip Lorenzen of Denver, Colorado.

Three brothers, Rolland Bucklin, and Leslie Bucklin of Blair, and Paul Bucklin of Cincinnati, Ohio, also survive her.
