Francis "Fran" Hangren, 67, of Omaha, who was born April 20, 1944, died Tuesday, Nov. 22, 2011.

A memorial service will be held at 10 a.m. Monday, Nov. 28, at Roeder Mortuary, 108th Street Chapel. There is no visitation; and a private family interment will follow.

Mr. Hangren was a member of the Alternative Growers Group of Washington County, and a member of the Nebraska Woody Florals Coop.

He is survived by his wife, Linda Hangren (Lin Kriss); nieces, Laura, Beth and Christine Hangren; cousins, Dorothy Urbaitis, Everett Strimple, Mary Craft, Virginia Strnad, Peggy Renfro and Bruce Jacobsen; and aunt, Beulah Root.

Memorials are suggested to Methodist Hospice.
