Funeral services for Louis Goreham were on April 16 at the Campbell Funeral Home.

Louis S. Goreham, 84, of Fremont, formerly of Arlington, Nebraska passed away on Thursday, April 13, 1984, in the Memorial Hospital of Dodge County.

He was born on August 9, 1899, in Oberlin, Kansas.

He married Meta Gasser of Kennard on February 23, 1922, in Blair, Nebraska.

They farmed in the Washington County area until 1952, when they moved to Arlington and he worked for Mead Ordinance Plant and Marshall Nurseries until his retirement in 1964.

His wife preceded him in death on March 3, 1972.

Survivors include two sons, Leonard L. Goreham, Sr., and Leo D. Goreham of Fremont; one daughter, Mrs. Wilford (Darlene) Sheets, also of Fremont; eight grandchildren; eleven great-grandchildren; nieces and nephews.

Burial was in the Blair Cemetery in Blair, Nebraska.

Pallbearers were Paul F. Mittura, Dale L. Goreham, Leslie Sheets, Leonard L. Goreham Jr., Larry W. Goreham and Howard Sheets.
