LAKIN - - David O., age 67 years, Bellevue. Preceded in death by parents, James H. and Mary W. Lakin; brother, James E. Lakin; son, Barry Lakin. He is survived by his sister, Ginny Lakin; sister-in-law, Martha Lakin; niece, Sue Anderson and husband, Steve; nephews, David S. Lakin and wife, Katrina; other relatives and many friends.
