Chris F. Gutschow Died Sept. 19th

Chris Frank Gutschow died September 19th at Memorial Community Hospital in Blair. He was born September 24, 1878, to Chris and Catherine Gutschow.

His wife, Marie Nielsen Gutschow, passed away August 20th of this year.

He is survived by three sons, Fred of Blair, Chris of Fremont and Wilford of Scribner; four daughters, Mrs. Beulah Johnson of Scribner, Mrs. Margaret Metzler of Oakland, Mrs. Erna Engelke of Blair and Mrs. Merle Gieselman of Arlington. Also two sisters, Mrs. Ed Hansen and Kate Gutschow, both of Blair.

Mr. Gutschow was a retired farmer.

Funeral services will be held Sunday afternoon, September 22, at the Trinity Lutheran Church at 2:30 p.m. The Rev. Norman Discher will officiate. The Campbell Mortuary is in charge of arrangements and burial will be in the Blair Cemetery.

Grandsons will be pallbearers.
