RAY LANTRY, 61
Ray Lantry, 61, of Blair died Sunday, Aug. 30, 1998, at Memorial Community Hospital in Blair.
Services will be 10 a.m. Wednesday at Country Bible Church. Burial will be in the Blair Cemetery.
A prayer service will be 7 p.m. Tuesday at Campbell-Aman Funeral home in Blair, in charge of arrangements.
Ray Edward Lantry was born Aug. 24, 1937, in Washington County to George and Opal (Brewster) Lantry.
He graduated from Blair High School and attended Dana College.
On June 5, 1959, he was married to Peggy Gutschow in Blair.
For the past nine years he had been employed with Woodhouse Ford in Blair.
He was a member of Country Bible Church and the Blair Golf Club.
He was survived by his wife, Peggy; one daughter, Terri, and husband, Dave Taylor of Blair; three sons, Tom, and wife, Gina Lantry of Omaha, and Tony and Timothy Lantry of Blair; grandchildren, Sydney and Kylie Taylor of Blair and Wyatt and Paige Lantry of Omaha; two sisters, Norma Jean Anderson and Wanda Poulson of Blair; one brother, Lee Lantry, of Sarasota, Fla., and many nieces and nephews.
He was preceded in death by his parents, George and Opal Lantry.
