Mrs. Gregersen Died Tues. Night

Mrs. Chris Gregersen, 81, died at Memorial Community Hospital in Blair Tuesday night. Her death followed that of her husband by slightly more than a month, Mr. Gregersen having died July 9th. The Gregersens lived at 2143 Washington Street in Blair.

Mrs. Gregersen had undergone surgery at the hospital last Thursday.

Christina D. Gregersen was born December 28, 1884, at Keil, Germany, and spent most of her life in this immediate area. The Gregersens engaged in farming.

She is survived by two sons, John of Herman and Fred of Bennington, and by brother, Fred Mordhorst of Omaha. Two sisters survive. They are Mrs. Anna Rathjen and Mrs. Mary Thunn, both of Omaha.

Funeral services will be held at 10:00 A.M. Friday, August 19th at the Bendorf Funeral Home in Blair. Interment, under the direction of the Sievers Mortuary at Ft. Calhoun will be in the German Cemetery south of Blair. The Rev. George Pallesen will conduct the funeral service.

Pallbearers will be Arthur and Lester Thunn, Albert and Ray Rathjen, Irvin Clements and Vernon Christophersen.
