ASHLEY LATHROP RITES HELD FRIDAY

Ashley Lathrop, 78 years of age, of DeSoto, was found dead in his home Thursday by a neighbor who called at his home on an errand.

Death was reported as due to natural causes. Mr. Lathrop had been dead for some time, it was stated.

Graveside services were held Friday at Blair Cemetery, the Rev. Westadt, of First Methodist Church, officiating.

Mr. Lathrop is survived by two brothers and a sister, none of whom reside in this area.

Campbell Mortuary was in charge of arrangements.
