He is survived by his wife, Helen of Oakland; a daughter and son-in-law, Holly and Jeff Hurrell, Craig, Neb.; a son and daughter-in-law, Reggy and Alice Welfl, Kennard; nine grandchildren; five great-grandchildren and a sister, Dorothy Ford of Sioux City, Iowa.
