Services Monday for Roger Wesemann

Funeral services for Roger Herman Wesemann, eight years of age, were held today (Monday) at 2 o’clock at the First Lutheran Church in Blair.

The Rev. Ralph Laursen of Kennard officiated with interment in Kennard Cemetery.

Roger, son of Mr. and Mrs. Herman R. Wesemann, became seriously ill while in school and was rushed to Blair. He was dead upon arrival at the doctor’s office.

Roger, who was born December 19, 1956, is survived by his parents and three brothers and sisters, Christine, Janet and Duane.

The services were held in Blair as the Kennard Lutheran Church is being remodeled.

Campbell Mortuary had charge of arrangements.

* Rev. Laursen’s name is Harold, not Ralph. Roger is buried in Block 7 Lot 17 Space 2 in the Kennard Cemetery.
