Mrs. C. Van Valin Died Sunday, Services Tuesday

Funeral services will be held Tuesday at Herman for a former Herman resident, Mrs. Charles Van Valin, 80 years of age, who died Sunday at Wakefield, Nebraska.

The services will be held at the Herman Methodist Church at 2:30 o’clock in the afternoon with interment in Herman Cemetery.

Mrs. Van Valin, who was born Dec. 7, 1884, is survived by a son, Carroll of Wakefield; daughters, Mrs. Emily Cameron of Herman and Mrs. Harold Orr of Thousand Island, Calif.; several grandchildren and great-grandchildren.

Her husband preceded her in death.
