Maude Jensen’s Mother Dies

Mrs. Florentine Wiese passed away in her sleep on February 13, at the McBride Nursing Home where she had resided for almost three years. She had previously made her home for three years with her daughter Mrs. Maude Jensen.

Mrs. Wiese was born on July 10th, 1872 and was almost 90 years of age.

Funeral services are in charge of the Campbell Funeral Home and will be held at the Methodist Church in Meadow Grove, Nebraska at 2 P.M. on Saturday, February 17th. Burial will be beside her husband John Wiese who passed away almost 25 years ago.

She is survived by nine children, 17 grandchildren and 31 great-grandchildren. Her children are Mrs. Mabel Wieting, of Norfolk; Harold of North Platte; J. Gilbert, of Neligh; Mrs. George (Norma) Manson, of Chicago; Roger, of McCook; Mrs. Lester (Ruth) Mallette, of Conrad, Montana; Keith of Elgin A. F. Base in Florida, and Mrs. Maude Jensen of Blair. All the children will attend the funeral.
