Otto Vogt
Otto Vogt was born May 1, 1899 in rural Arlington, NE. He was the son of Carl and Maria (Hilgenkamp) Vogt. He was baptized June 4, 1899 and confirmed May 4, 1913 at St. Paul’s Lutheran Church in Arlington. Otto farmed and lived all his life on the family farm.
He passed from this life, Friday afternoon, February 15, 1985 at his home. He was 85 years, 9 months and 14 days of age. Otto is survived by a sister, Mrs. Emma Laaker of Arlington and several nieces and nephews.
He was preceded in death by his parents, and 4 brothers, William, Herman, Fred and Ed.
Relatives and friends are invited to join the family for lunch in the Parish Hall following services at the cemetery.
