Ernest Eriksen, a former Blair mason and building contractor, died January 17th at his home in Glendora, California. He will be remembered by many in this area.

He had been a masonry contractor and bricklayer for sixty years.

Mrs. Eriksen, for a number of years, was an employee of The Enterprise, being a printer and linotype operator by trade. She also worked for a number of years at the Lutheran Publishing House.

A son, Bob Eriksen, will be remembered as an outstanding Blair High School athlete. The family moved to California 11 years ago.

Mr. Eriksen is survived by his wife, Lottie, a son, George, of Azusa, California, Robert of Glendora, Charles of Pasadena, a daughter, Mary Hiner, of Glendora, a brother, Chris Eriksen, of Grand Island, Nebraska, two grandsons, two granddaughters, and a great-grandaughter.

Funeral services were held in Glendora January 19th. The family address is 19550 East Baseline, Glendora, California.
