Margaret R. Wilkinson, 81, of Crete, died Friday, Jan. 12, 2001

A funeral Mass will be held at 1 p.m. Tuesday, Jan. 16, 2001, at the Cathedral of the Risen Christ. Father Nicholas Baker will officiate. Interment will be at Lincoln Memorial Park Cemetery. A Rosary will be recited at 7:30 p.m. Monday, Jan. 15, at Butherus, Maser and Love Funeral Home.

Margaret R. Wilkinson was a retired registered dietician, and was a World War II WAVES veteran. She was a member of Sacred Heart Catholic Church in Crete, and of American Legion Post #3.

She is survived by her husband, Charles, a daughter and son-in-law, Ann and Robert Vlock of Omaha, sons and daughters-in-law, Charles and Susan Wilkinson of Denton, Ronald and Deborah Wilkinson and John and Beth Wilkinson, all of Lincoln; and a son, Mark Wilkinson, also of Lincoln; 14 grandchildren; sisters, Dorothy Van Gieseen of Portage, Ind., and Janet O’Hanlon of Blair; brothers, Dr. Robert Foley of Tyndall, S.D., John and James Foley of Blair, and Gerald Foley of Omaha; many nieces and nephews.

Butherus, Maser and Love Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
