Former Blair Man Returned Here For Burial Tues.

Walter Marion Wyant, a resident of Mission, Texas, was buried at the Blair Cemetery Tuesday afternoon, June 12th. Mr. Wyant was the husband of the late Irene Warrick, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Ike Warrick who lived in Blair many years ago. Mrs. Wyant preceded her husband in death a number of years ago.

Mr. Wyant was a hotel operator in Mission. He was born at Missouri Valley, Iowa, September 28, 1908, and was 64 years of age at the time of his death.

He was a veteran of World War II. The couple had no children. He is survived by a sister, Mrs. Lucille Moore of McAllen, Texas.

Graveside services were held Tuesday afternoon, the Rev. James Metzgar officiating. Burial was made in the Blair Cemetery under the direction of the Campbell Mortuary.
