Mackin Rites Held Tuesday
Longtime Farmer In Maney District Dies At Home Saturday
Funeral services for Patrick Mackin, Sr., 81, longtime farmer in the Maney neighborhood south of Blair, were held Tuesday morning. The Rev. Edward C. O’Donnell officiated at Requiem High Mass at St. Francis Borgia Catholic Church. Burial, with arrangements in charge of the Campbell Mortuary, followed in Holy Cross Cemetery here.
Mrs. Mackin is survived by two sons, Patrick, Jr., and John Mackin; and a daughter, Miss Gertrude Mackin, all of Blair, and two grandchildren, Larry and Patricia Mackin.
Mr. Mackin’s wife, who was Ellen Murray, died June 11, 1948.
