Omahan, Kin of Blair Men, Died Friday, August 20

Mrs. Elsie Glenna Madsen, a sister of H. Lyle Guyer and Fred Guyer, both of Blair, died Friday, August 20th in Omaha. Mrs. Madsen had made her home at 1501 Park Avenue, Omaha. She was 78 years of age.

Mrs. Madsen was born at Blair July 8, 1893 and she grew up in this area. For many years she was school teacher, her husband having preceded her in death.

Funeral services are being held today (Monday) at the Campbell Mortuary at 3 P.M. The Rev. Charles Gates will conduct the service and burial will be made in the Blair cemetery.

Pallbearers will be L. W. Svendgaard, H. J. Madsen, Jr., Andrew Svendgard, Lee Guyer, Wm. McCormick and Henry Plugge.
