ELMER RASMUSSEN, 66, DIED AT BLAIR HOSPITAL THURSDAY
Elmer S. Rasmussen, 66-year-old Blair resident, died at Memorial Community Hospital last Thursday, December 28th. He was a native of Kennard, having been born there December 11th, 1906.
The deceased had lived in Blair for many years. He attended and graduated from Blair High School and had devoted his life to being a plumber, by trade. He was also an ardent fisherman and outdoors man.
He was never married. He is survived by four sisters. They are Mrs. Helena Misfeldt, Mrs. Anna Andersen, Mrs. Hertha Frank and Mrs. Elna (Leo) Miller.
Funeral services will be held tomorrow (Tuesday) at the Bendorf Funeral Home at 2:00 p.m. The Rev. Robert H. Albers will conduct the service and interment will be made in the Prairie View cemetery south of Kennard.
Nephews will be pallbearers.
