MRS. RASMUSSEN DIED THURSDAY

Funeral services were held Sunday for Mrs. George Rasmussen, 62 years of age, of Orum, who died Thursday at Dodge County Hospital in Fremont.

The services were held at First Lutheran Church, the Rev. Geo. Palleson officiating, with interment in Orum Cemetery.

Mrs. Rasmussen is survived by her husband, George; daughter, Mrs. James Andreasen (Erna)sp. (Erma) of Kennard; two sons, Gene of Fremont, and Dwain of Blair; a brother, Ray Rasmussen of Blair, and six grandchildren.

Mrs. Rasmussen, the former Elnora Rasmussen, was born Jan. 28, 1900. Mr. and Mrs. Rasmussen were married March 12, 1924.

Pallbearers were R. Harold Rasmussen, Ivan Rasmussen, Ivan Larsen, Merle Christiansen, Kenneth F. Jensen and Alton Thompson.

The Bendorf Funeral home was in charge of arrangements.
