Roy Peak Died At York, Nebr., Hospital August 24

Roy Peak, a former Blair resident, died Wednesday, August 24th at the York, Nebraska General Hospital. He had been making his home in York prior to his death.

The deceased was born in Florence, Nebraska, February 8, 1880 and was 97 years of age at his death. He was a Blair resident for many years. He was preceded in death by his wife.

Survivors includes three sons; Stanley, of Orleans, Nebraska, Leslie of Sandpoint, Idaho and Russel, of Council Bluffs, Iowa.

There are nine grandchildren and eight great-grandchildren.

Burial services were held at the graveside in Blair Cemetery last Saturday, August 27th. Arrangements were made by the York Memorial Chapel.
