Mrs. Herbert Meier Funeral Services Held At Hooper

Many attended funeral services for Mrs. Herbert Meier at Hooper Saturday. Dr. Thomas Rinde officiated and Bernard Schafersman, LaVern Marquardt, James Lyman and Gary Niebaum were pallbearers. Mrs. Meier, age 55, died Wednesday after an illness of two years. She was Lena Niebaum of Fontanelle before her marriage. Surviving are Mr. Meier and daughter, Mrs. Alvin Edelmeier; two sons, Duane and Kenneth, and several grandchildren.
