Mrs. Mary Rogers died at the home of her sister, Mrs. Albert Jensen, on east South Street Tuesday after a lengthy illness. The deceased was born April 25, 1855, and lived at Albuquerque, New Mexico, for about thirty years. Eight months ago she came from Los Angeles, California, since which time she had lived with her sister.

Funeral services were held from the Jensen home yesterday morning, Rev. Carl G. Bader, officiating, after which the body was sent to Los Angeles for burial. Surviving her are three sisters, Mrs. Albert Jensen of this city; and Mrs. H. F. Jones and Mrs. W. A. Dupras, both of Los Angeles.

OBITUARY

The death of Mrs. Mary Rogers occurred Tuesday, Jan. 7, at the home of her sister, Mrs. Albert S. Jensen, who resides on east end of South street.

Mrs. Rogers came to Blair about eight months ago from California. She recently suffered two paralytic strokes, the second one on New Years Day.

The deceased was born in Illinois in 1855. She is survived by three sisters, Mrs. Jensen of Blair, Mrs. H. F. Jones and Mrs. W. A. Dupras of Los Angeles, Calif.

Mrs. Jensen was a member of the M. E. church and Rebekah lodge of Albuquerque, New Mexico. Her husband, Henry Rogers, passed away a number of years ago at Los Angeles, Calif.

Funeral services were held at the Jensen home, Wednesday morning by Rev. C. G. Bader and the body was sent to Los Angeles, California for burial. Mrs. Albert Jensen accompanied the remains.
