Son of Former Blairite Drowned
Jack Douglas Schoeman, son of the former Ruth Rosterman, of Blair, was drowned in the Chattahooie River near Atlanta, Georgia, on June 12, it has been learned here. He had been missing for ten days before his body was discovered. His car, his billfold, and some items for which he had shopped were found after he had been missing seven days. Police are investigating. Schoeman had visited in Blair a number of times. He was 19 years of age.
