Sister of Blair Man is Killed
Mrs. Margaret Gollehon, 82, Falls from Omaha Hospital Window
Mrs. Margaret Gollehon, 82, suffered fatal injuries when she fell from a second-story window at the Graywood Convalescent Home in Omaha Sunday morning. Sister of Robert Stalcup of Blair, she died early Monday and was classified by Coroner's Investigator Matt Jaap as a victim of accidental death.
Mrs. Gollehon had entered the home November 11. She had been an Omaha resident 20 years.
Surviving are three daughters and three sons. Funeral services were held Wednesday afternoon, burial following in Kennard.
Mrs. Gollehon, who once resided in Blair at 302 West South Street, was the grandmother of Walter, Eugene, and Marvin Gollehon, who recently moved from Blair to Lincoln with their mother, Mrs. Bertha Gollehon.

Mrs. Margaret Gollehon, Omaha Dies. Former Resident of Blair
Mrs. Margaret Gollehon, 82 years of age, fell from the second story window at the Graywood convalescent home in Omaha last Sunday morning, and the accident resulted in her death.
The attendant had entered the room at 7 a.m. Sunday to ascertain if everything was in order, and when she returned a few minutes later one of the windows was open, and Mrs. Gollehon lay on the ground twenty feet below. She was assisted to her room, and died at 1 a.m. Monday.
Survivors include three daughters, Mrs. Grace Runsteen and Mrs. Goldie Macoubrie, both of Omaha and Mrs. Ethel Boyle of Schuyler, Nebraska and three sons, Harry G. of Omaha and J. Marvin and J. Isaac, both of Fremont, Nebraska.
Robert Stalcup of Blair, a brother, also survives as do 16 grandchildren and 11 great grandchildren.
Funeral services were held Wednesday at 2 pm. in Omaha, and burial was made at the West Lawn cemetery.
The Gollehon family left Blair about twenty years ago. While here the husband was a prominent horse fancier and farmer, and after leaving the farm served as night watch for Blair. He died a number of years ago.
