Burial At Kennard For Mrs. Martha McCracken, 66, Ex-Countain
Mrs. Martha McCracken, 66, former Arlington resident and mother of Mrs. Ole Jensen of Blair, died last Thursday at Norfolk after an illness which left her bedfast the last month of her life.
The body was returned to Blair and funeral services were held at 2 p.m. Sunday at Campbellās mortuary. The Rev. Ralph P. Rasmussen of First Methodist church was in charge, and burial followed in Kennard cemetery.
Mrs. McCracken, as Martha Curry, was born October 8, 1873, at Fairbury. About 20 years ago she left Arlington after a five-year residence.
She is survived by four daughters, Mrs. Naomi Jensen of Blair, Mrs. Hazel Waddingham of Council Bluffs, Mrs. Bertha Borsky of Omaha and Mrs. Violetta Vacirea of Omaha; one sister, Mrs. Belle McCliman of Denver; two brothers, Scott Curry and Charles Curry, both of Lebanon, Kansas; and three grandchildren, Roy, Mary and Robert Jensen, all of Blair.
