FORMER BLAIR MAN DIED TUESDAY

Information reached Blair Wednesday regarding the death of William Carter, one-time Blair man who has been living in Pacifica, California. Mr. Carter was the husband of the former Irene Burcham, daughter of the late Jonas Burcham and sister of the late Jack Burcham. Mr. and Mrs. Carter left Blair about 35 years ago. He was in the garage business when in Blair. He was about 70.

His wife and a daughter Mrs. August Schelhaze (Mary) of Sebastopol, California survive.
