Dale Sedlacek

Dale Emil Sedlacek, 62, of Fremont, died Saturday, April 18, 2009, at his home.

Dale was born in Fremont and was raised on a farm east of Fontanelle. He graduated from Fremont High School in 1964. He joined the U.S. Air Force in 1966 and proudly served in Vietnam. After his discharge from the Air Force in 1970, he went into the construction business.

During his working years he built many projects, and during one of these he had an accident and became disabled.

He was an avid handyman, and enjoyed hobbies of gardening, and stamp and coin collecting. He was a member of Salem Lutheran Church in Fontanelle.

Survivors include three nieces and many friends.

Family services will be held at a later date.

Dugan Funeral Chapel in Fremont is in charge of arrangements.
