Information has reached Blair regarding the death of Hans F. Anderson, a retired Great Northern engineer who died at a rest home in Havre, Montana, on March 29. He was 80 years old.

Mr. Anderson was born in Blair and attended Dana College. He served in World War I and in 1918 went to Havre to work for the Great Northern. He retired in 1962.

Among his survivors is Mrs. R.L. Hewett, (Martha) of 3721 Golden Ave., San Bernardino, California. Other brothers and sisters have been gone from this area many years.
